During our in-home consultation, we will evaluate your project and offer honest feedback on the condition of your existing windows as well as ideas for changes and cost savings if you are interested.
We will sit down with you and answer any questions you may have, talk about different product options, different install methods, and the timeline of your project.
You will receive a detailed estimate with transparent pricing that is good for as long as you need to make an informed, comfortable decision. The only reason your price would ever change is an increase in price from one of our manufacturers.
*Ordering Process
Once you choose Comfort Guard for your window or door project, we will do a final walk-through to re-measure each window and re-confirm your selections and options.
We will immediately order your replacement windows or doors from our manufacturing facility, custom measured to fit your home perfectly.
We will keep in contact as information is available to us regarding the estimated time of arrival of your products. As soon as your windows or doors are delivered, we will schedule your installation.
*The Install
On the agreed-upon day and time, our crew will arrive on-site to begin your window and door project. Most jobs are completed within one or two days depending on the size of your project, however, we will never interrupt your installation to work on another customer’s project. Our crew will clean up as we go and never leave a mess or an unfinished window. We will haul away all of your old windows and doors, the job-related trash, and clean up inside and out.
The job is not completed until you are completely satisfied.
